You will know the diagnosis and how to treat it. We want you to participate in the care. You will not be on a overscheduled plan for treatment.
SERVICES
Making an Appointment
When calling to schedule an appointment, our office manager Stephanie will be there to help you. We are appointment based but feel free to call anytime to see if we have an availability. Once at the office, there will be a few forms to fill out about your insurance and questionnaire about your medical history and the problem you are experiencing. Please come with your insurance card and drivers license so we can make records for your profile. Our hours are listed below.
